Barleycorn's FUNdraisers Night Structure:

• Proceed fundraisers will be scheduled based on availability at the selected location. Not available on most holidays.
• Each organization is given a flyer with detachable tickets. Organization will print and distribute flyer. The tickets will be valid only on the reserved day. Tickets may be turned in for lunch or dinner on that day. Tickets may not be used for purchasing gift cards.
• Servers will then attach the flyer ticket to the check and that sale will be counted in a total tally of sales.
• Patron must have a flyer to be counted; the organization will receive 10% on total purchases up to $1,500.00, 12% on total purchases $1,501.00 - $2,999.00 and 15% on total purchases over $3,000.00 on food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage sales.
• If the organization fails to bring in a minimum of $200.00 in sales, a donation will be made in the form of Barleycorn's gift cards. Organizations will be permitted to schedule an additional fundraiser after 90 days of the initial fundraiser date based on availability at the selected location.

Proceed Night FUNdraiser Rules:

• Dates must be requested at least three weeks in advance. Due to limited availability, schedule as far in advance as possible.
• Organizations may not distribute flyers on premises of Barleycorn's Restaurants (this includes our parking lot.) This must be communicated by the organization to all persons distributing flyers. Distributing flyers in this manner will result in the forfeiture of your organization's entire donation.
• In accordance with our no solicitation policy, organizations are not permitted to display or distribute any signage, pamphlets, or other propaganda for the organization's scheduled fundraiser on the premises of Barleycorn's.
• Manager must approve your flyer/coupon before printing.
